Illinois Chief Technology Officers (IL CTO) is a not for profit organization dedicated to the efforts of assisting educational agencies' CTOs/CIOs in realizing their organization's vision and goals for the effective, secure, and rapid implementation of instructional technology and operational information technology. The Illinois CTO/CIO Council will provide for the development of individual leadership, monitor emerging trends, and facilitate collaboration and advocacy among its members.
