Niles Township High School District 219 is hosting its second technology conference on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Niles West High School. The registration desk opens at 8:30am. This year will focus on teaching and learning within the context of a technology-rich environment. Classroom oriented sessions will address topics such as Web 2.0 applications, assessment strategies, student experiences, Open Educational Resources, ubiquitous computing opportunities, and much more. Sessions will highlight local leaders in educational technologies along with our own faculty and staff sharing their expertise and experiences. Our luncheon keynote, Jeff Havens, will share his thoughts on “How to Uncrapify Your Life”. Registration is now open and is just $25. http://url.d219.org/tech2.0.
