Title:                Information Systems Analyst/ Developer

Reports to:      Director of Information Services

Type:               Twelve-month, Full-time Position

The Information Systems Analyst/ Developer creates and manages highly customized solutions to integrate various data systems.  This position primarily manages the District’s web content management system, Drupal.  Highly qualified individuals will have an extensive computer programming background and experience with the LAMP software bundle.


He/she serves as a member of the Network Operations Team and performs a variety of technical support and analytical services for District divisions and departments.

Minimum Qualifications


  1. Bachelor’s degree (computer science or related field)
  2. Extensive background in computer programming, LAMP and PHP preferred
  3. Experience in web content management systems management and development, Drupal preferred


Critical Job Functions


  • Maintain and develop the District’s web content management system
  • Work closely with District personnel to identify needs, recommend, implement and maintain various information systems
  • Monitor systems performance and execute corrective measures
  • Assist other technical staff in resolving troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Project management
